[Solved] BigBlueButton on Ubuntu Server IO error : Please contact administrator.null

Steps to fix BigBlueButton on Ubuntu Server “IO error : Please contact administrator.null” :

1. Open command line on the server
2. Use ubuntu Administrative user (sudo)

sudo -i

3. Change the bigbluebutton file folder owner to tomcat6:

chown -R tomcat6:tomcat6 /var/bigbluebotton
